Chief Operating Officer

Allie Gerling, M.S. earned her Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Science and her Master’s degree in Family Services, both from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois. She worked for several years as a case manager, supporting those with severe mental health issues gain access to services in Danville, Illinois.

As the Two Roads Wellness Clinic Chief Operating Officer, Allie is responsible for everything ranging from interviewing, onboarding, payroll collection, financial tracking, coordinating staff information, and answering lots of questions. Basically, anything that involves organization, she usually plays a part in.

She directly supervises the Billing Supervisor, Human Resources Manager, and Office Managers. In addition, she oversees front desk operations.

How Allie helps Two Roads Wellness Clinic

Allie is deeply integrated into the organization, working with most of our staff on a consistent basis. So it is fitting that her favorite part of her job is getting to know each staff member. She loves days when she gets to celebrate accomplishments of staff and shares exciting things that are happening for them.

She feels that, "every day is a good day, even the crazy ones." Her daily intention is to help clients, having visions come to life, and for everything to fall together.

She shares, "I love working for a company that is so encouraging and challenges me to live out the values. They always allow me to be my authentic self."

In her free time, Allie loves family trips to the beach (her favorite place,) spending time with her kids and watching them play sports. Finally, she enjoys planning a good party and entertaining her friends.
