We are happy to walk you through the process of understanding your insurance coverage for our integrative health services. We accept most major insurance plans. We are in-network with:
✔ Blue Cross Blue Shield

✔ Medicaid (coming soon in Indiana only)
✔ Medicare (accepted by specific providers, ask for details)
✔ Sana Benefits

If your health insurance is not listed or if it is considered out-of-network, you may still have some coverage. Please check with our front desk staff and we can verify what your responsibility would be.
Self-Pay Options
We offer self-pay options for all of our services. Please check with our front desk for pricing.
For mental health therapy, a great option to consider is we offer a discounted rate of $45/session with our interns.
An excellent option to consider is a membership plan. There is one flat fee each month and we have options for mental health, medication management, primary care, spa, and weight management.
We Do Not Accept Illinois Medicaid
Unfortunately, we do not accept Illinois Medicaid plans.
Good Faith Discloser
At Two Roads Wellness Clinic you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
