Danielle Newcomer is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Eastern Illinois University.

Danielle began her career working in a community mental health center, which provided her with an opportunity to serve a wide variety of individuals and presenting issues.
She has experience working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. She also has extensive experience working with individuals who have severe and persistent mental illness.

Danielle utilizes an eclectic approach in therapy, which includes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Humanistic Therapy, and she identifies as an LGBTQIA+ ally.
