Registered Nurse

Emily Melecosky BSN, RN is a registered nurse at our Danville, Illinois office. She earned her Associate's Degree in 2021 from DACC and graduated with her BSN from Lakeview College of Nursing in May of 2024. She has a passion to help people. Emily shares, “It is satisfying to know that I have done the best care possible for a patient and to see how my actions can significantly help others.”

Emily strives to give her patients the best care they can possibly have. She wants to go above and beyond with their care to make them feel “heard, understood, advocated for, important, respected, and valued.”

Emily has certifications in mental health first aid which trains individuals to provide support to people experiencing problems such as depression, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders – obtained through the Vermilion County Health Department in November of 2022.  Emily has been well connected to the local community; she worked as a waitress at Mike’s Grill in Tilton for many years and she also worked as a CNA in a long-term care and rehab facility.

In her free time Emily enjoys spending time with her family/boyfriend, organizing/cleaning, photography, video games, and spending time with her two dogs (mini shorkie poos) – Sloan and Shepard. Finally, a fun fact to know is, Emily is a triplet!
