Mark Kulpa BSN. RN. LMT. is a licensed massage therapist at our Covington, Indiana clinic. He can be described as authentic, trustworthy, honest, and a therapeutic presence. He tries to always lead by example, but he specializes in being true to himself. Encouraged by a slogan to be all that he can be, Mark knows that the power of words can cause a person's life to change, and like Shazam, there's a superhero inside all of us.
Education
Mark's education and experience fuse holistic principles of traditional nursing knowledge with a complementary practice in therapeutic massage and bodywork. He is a graduate of Lakeview College of Nursing in Danville, Illinois and Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois.
Mark’s certifications include: Relaxation, Meditation, and Mindfulness (Stress Institute at Roosevelt University, Chicago Illinois), Holistic Stress Management (Paramount Wellness Institute, Boulder Colorado), Hypnotherapy (Leidecker Institute, Elgin Illinois), and last, but not least, father of a fantastic foursome (self-certified).
Background
A veteran of both the US Army Infantry and the Department of Veterans Affairs, Mark takes to heart the blessings of Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. He is also a former volunteer EMT & Firefighter for Lynch Fire Protection District, and a former member of both the American Holistic Nurses Association and the National Association of Nurse Massage Therapists.
