How he helps Two Roads’ clients
He believes we all have a best version of ourselves. He has always enjoyed helping others find it. He believes a strength-based approach is instrumental in the process. Humor is a key component in therapy as well. He is experienced in CBT, DBT, Trauma interventions, Executive Functioning, Mindfulness, relaxation and ACT Therapy. Mike is also trained in EMDR Therapy. He operates primarily under the following belief, “The only thing standing between you and your goal is the story you keep telling yourself as to why you can’t achieve it.”
