Welcome to Shades of Grief

Grief touches us all in different ways. Whether you've experienced the loss of a parent, spouse, child, miscarriage, or pregnancy, your pain is valid. Grief comes in many shades, and so does healing. Shades of Grief Support Group is a confidential and supportive space where we come together to share, heal, and begin the path to growth.
This group is intimate, supportive, and confidential. Space is limited to ensure every participant feels heard and valued.
Who the Group is For
This support group is open to individuals grieving any form of loss. If you've experienced a life-altering loss and are looking for understanding, compassion, and community, you are welcome here.
About the Facilitator
Rhyanon Kight will be leading the group. A Covington resident and teacher of Biology and Anatomy at Covington High School, Rhyanon understands both the science of life and the heartache of loss. She’s a dedicated wife, mother to two lovely children, Crew and Lennon, and host parent to a foreign exchange student, Victor.
After beginning her own grief journey on June 26th, Rhyanon has committed to turning her pain into purpose. Her mission is to be a comforting guide for others on their path toward healing.
