This dynamic 90-minute workshop will combine mindfulness, gentle movement, and somatic techniques along with practical strategies for mental, physical, and emotional renewal, and end with a deep relaxation practice, to help inspire and equip you to make the most of this fresh spring energy to make positive changes.
In this class, participants are guided through gentle movement, somatic/breathing techniques, and sound bowls with the theme being focused on using the fresh energy of spring to cultivate healthier habits and routines to support total wellness.
